JOCK RULE
JOCK HARD #2
By Sara Ney
Release Day: DEC 6th
Kip Carmichael is no pretty boy.
He's a rough. Dirty. Giant. Hair so unruly, and a beard so thick, his friends on the team call him Sasquatch.
The first time Sasquatch lays eyes on Theodora "Teddy" Johnson across the keg at a party one night on Jock Row, she'd been relegated to the sidelines by her jock hungry "friends."
Week-after-week, he watches beautiful but bashful Teddy getting overshadowed, and overlooked. Sasquatch finally broad shoulders his way through the crowd, offering to to be her hairy godmother. But the minute their eyes meet? He's a goner.
Teaching her the RULES for winning a jock will be the easy part. Not falling in love with her is going to be a losing game.
My Review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This book was everything! Now I'm not much for beards. But for Kip Carmichael I’ll make an exception! (All the heart eyes)
Kip decides to take Teddy Johnson's social life into his own hands and give her some pointers. He wants to help her learn how to talk to guys and grow a backbone with catty girls. There is something there that pulls Kip in and makes him want to show the beautifully shy and awkward Teddy all that she's worth.
Teddy warms the brooding and gruff, Kip Carmichael's heart and proves to him that she’s not after his pretty boy looks or what his last name can get her. That she sees the man, who hides behind all the hair and the beard. Kip is a total brute, with a sweet spot that Teddy loves to discover.
The banter was so fun. The back and forth between Teddy and Kip was quick and entertaining. The heat level of this book, wow! So GOOD! Every little moment between Kip and Teddy was so fun, sweet and sexy to read.
