Melissa in need of a escape from her life travels to the desert, to spend a nice long Spa weekend with her best friend Elaine in Arizona. While the start of the week may have been just what she needed, melissa can't help but think of her life back in Maryland, and how she dosent want to return. But she needs to. To tie up her old life and move back to her home town. Even if it will anger certain people. She has to get away. While haveing a drink at the bar. Melissa is introduced to man who will change her life, a man who will make her feel whole again. A man about to awaken sexual feelings she hasn't felt before. Talk, dark, muscled, & confident. Derek is a totally alpha male. A character who you won't be able but swoon over. After a night of passion. Melissa & Derek decide to spend the whole week together. Have a sexy long week, and at the end part ways. What they didn't expect was to fall in deep with one another. But they both hide secrets. Secrets, that could keep them from having a future together. With light action, sexy moments, and the quick way the main characters fell in love. One To Hold makes for a quick, page turning, romance. A great series. And a new author that I will be following!
